When I first started, no one wanted to know.

I bought a one-way ticket to Mexico and knocked on the door of over 200+ hostels one by one to sign them up to my platform 🚪✊

Today, I have listed exchanges across 6 continents, 44+ countries, and 118+ cities. It’s been a long journey but I’m excited to share these with you.

There’s an Experience for Everyone

I believe there’s an exchange for every type of traveller. Whether you want to teach yoga, paint wall murals, help out at reception, or lead activities. 🎨🧘‍♂️

Don’t forget unique hostel types like staying in converted shipping containers in Mexico or traditional caves in Santorini! 🌮🏛️

I organised everything by Continent, then by Country and City 📍

1. The Photos 

I include images of the hostel for you to get a feel for the people and the vibe. There’s photos of the bed and room you’ll be staying in, so you know exactly what to expect. 🛌

2. The Description

Each listing has details about the exchange:

• 🏄‍♀️ The Role: What kind of volunteer they need and the skills required.

• 🗓️ The Schedule: Your working hours and how many days off you get.

• 🍺 The Perks: All the added benefits you get alongside your free stay.

Quick note: These descriptions are written by the hostels themselves. Some are more detailed than others, but I personally verify each hostel for safety.

3. The Contact Details 

I list the hostel’s preferred contact method—that’s their Instagram, WhatsApp, Email, or my Exchange Platform. I try to keep these updated, but things change quickly. I recommend double-checking the details with the hostel before committing! 📱
