60 Hostel Exchanges:24 Countries → 47 Cities

Europe covers exchanges from *a whopping 24 countries (the most of all the continents!!). With some of my favourites, including Caveland Hostel in Santorini. Hostel Pupa in Montenegro and St. James Backpackers in my hometown, London.

Hey 👋 Welcome to my Exchange Listing Page. A quick note. This page was designed to help you find exchanges that’s right for you. I spent the last 7 years curating each listing to include the exchange description, hostel image and contact details for you to confidently choose and connect with the hostel in the quickest way.

Bear in mind each hostel has their own selection criteria so be sure to speak to them about their requirements. If you have any questions, be sure to let me know here: “Ask Alex” other than that, happy hunting 💥.

Athens Hawks, Athens

Welcome to Athens Hawks Hostel in Athens, Greece! 🇬🇷 We have an activities program for our guests every day and all mostly free and we'd like help running those. 🏛️ We would also like volunteers that can help us on reception, in the bar and kitchen and with some building work. 🛠️

We’re happy for you to work 5hrs per day for 4days a week. ⏳ In return we offer you free accommodation and super fun working environment. 🛌✨

Our hostel has a friendly, fresh vibe and is located in the heart of Athens with a magnificent view of Athens city centre. 🏙️

We aim to offer an experience, not just a bed. We do free walking tours of the city every morning and a cooking session every evening! 👣 Also pub crawls, beer pong and other drinking games in our fun bar that is open daily after 6pm. 🍻 We’d love for you to get involved in all of that!
